On The Rise: Huishan North Bund
These images from mid-January depict construction progress at Huishan North Bund in Shanghai.
- Building B12 has nearly topped out and the terracotta curtainwall is being erected on both the office tower and the trading hall.
- The podium construction has reached the plaza level—-all below grade levels including the retail concourse have been poured. The podium represents 2/3rds of the total construction cost.
- The marina outline is now visible, as is the lock to the Huangpu River.
- Buildings 14, 15a, 15b, 16, 17a, and 17b are emerging from the podium plaza level.
- Building 10 will follow.
